You can remove the Admin Password from ZKTeco Biometric Attendance and Access Control Devices using ZKTime 5.0 Attendance Management Software
Follow these step by step guide to unlock the ZKTECO Fingerprint Access Control Device using the ZKTime 5.0 Attendance Management Software.
1. Connect the Device to the PC or Laptop through Network Cable.
3. Go to Device>Add New Device>Add the IP>ok
4. Select the Added Device and Click Connect
5. Make Sure the device status is connected.
6. Once connected Go to Device Management>AC Manage>Advance Function>Clear Admin>OK
This will clear the Admin Password ONLY.
Warning
If you click INITIALIZE, the whole data from the device will be cleared.
